About The Role

Hours: Saturday and Sunday 07:00 - 16:00 (60 Minute unpaid break)

Hourly Rate: £14.73

Location: London, EC4N 4TQ

Atlas FM are looking to recruit new team members! We are looking for a cleaner at our client’s premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do.

Key Responsibilities

* Induction and training during the first week of work on learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and using the equipment.
* Carry out all duties required in connection with the cleaning and waste collection within designated areas of the Estate.
* Perform general cleaning duties as instructed within the premises/ designated area.
* Use vacuum, scrubbers and other cleaning equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, Health and Safety manuals and after appropriate training.
* Ensure a thorough understanding of site Health and Safety information.
* Abide by specific site rules and regulations.
* Handle and use any chemical or solution only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and after reading COSHH sheets.
* Respond positively to reasonable instruction from a Manager.
* Show a positive, friendly and “can‑do” attitude.
* Present a friendly and helpful attitude to customers.
* Ensure all duties are carried out safely, adhering to Health and Safety legislation and placing warning signs where needed.
* Complete company administration in a timely and effective manner.
* Attend meetings and other company activities as required.
* Present a professional image consistent with the Company at all times.
* Ensure all company property is kept safe and in good condition.
* Perform any other duty reasonably required by the Company.
* Dedicate your time on site to go the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas’s clients.
* Provide a high standard of customer care.
* Work within a team that goes the extra mile.


About You

* Excited about making a difference.
* Have a positive and friendly attitude.
* Local to the area.
* Experience: cleaning experience of 1 year (preferred), Janitorial experience of 1 year (preferred).
* Basic level of spoken English.
* Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
* Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
* Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
