Responsibilities
* Work shifts from 08:00 to 22:00, including a sleep‑in (two shifts one week, three the next)
* One weekend on, one weekend off
* Provide supported living services in Osgodby for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions
* Drive a mobility car as required for the service
Qualifications & Expectations
* Ideally previous experience in a Care / Support role, though we welcome ambitious newcomers who are passionate about helping others live independently
* Excellent training and ongoing support will be provided by Lifeways
* Willingness to learn and develop recognised qualifications through Lifeways
