* Part-time position – Saturdays only
* 7.25 hours per week
* Shift: 08:45am–4:15pm (with 30–45 minute lunch break)
* Competitive hourly rate depending on experience
* Dental reception experience is essential
* SOE/Exact software knowledge is desirable
* Busy role handling high volumes of calls and new patient enquiries
* Looking for someone confident, organised and able to hit the ground running
* Paid training included – 2–4 training days during the week before starting
* Modern cosmetic dental practice based in Chigwell, Essex
* Friendly, professional team delivering exceptional patient care and smile transformations
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
* Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
* A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
* Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
