Overview
The successful Receptionist will meet and greet resort guests, assist guests with queries, advise on the local area and events, issue accommodation keys and information, handle telephone calls, deal with customer complaints, and ensure accurate cash handling. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive are advantageous for commuting to the retreat.

Qualifications and requirements
* Right to Live and work in the UK
* Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to enable easy travel to and from the resort

* Part-time permanent position at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth with an hourly rate of £12.21
