About The Waking Night Support Worker Role
Smithfield is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
We're looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.
Working Hours
Typical shift patterns will be 21.15 to 7.15.
Rolling rota over 4 weeks: with an expectation to cover weekends and bank holidays.
