Key Account Manager Trafford Park, M17 £30,000 £34,000 per year Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Trafford Park. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, coordinating projects, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams including production, planning, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with key customers Coordinate production schedules and delivery requirements Ensure orders are dispatched On Time In Full (OTIF) Manage project stock levels, goods in/out, and consumables Prepare quotations, job specifications, and production documentation Provide daily updates to customers and project reporting to management Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Skills & Experience Experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload Good IT and administrative skills What We Offer Competitive salary £30,000 £34,000 Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends) Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for development and progression
