We are currently supporting a leading global professional services provider in their search for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their busy team in their Leeds office. Offering up to £35K with opportunities to grow, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with diverse teams and providing hands-on tech support. This is a 5-days per week on-site role. The company itself is a well-regarded legal firm focusing on commercially focused business solutions. They have a presence across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will be joining the Technology Services Team where youll be accountable for supporting the sites 250 users and act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team. You will be working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders providing both proactive and reactive hands-on support and enhancing technology use across the business. Youll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues. You will be working with Windows, O365, remote access tools, hardware, and Azure as the team move into a more cloud focused environment.
