Sales Advisor
Location: Nottingham

Salary: £26,500 per annum + £1,000 bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week (includes weekends)

This role involves working some weekends and requires a friendly, confident Sales Advisor to engage with customers in a fast‑paced environment. You will build relationships, deliver excellent service and spot opportunities to support customers further.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming enquiries over the phone and face‑to‑face
* Build strong rapport and understand what customers need
* Identify upselling opportunities naturally and helpfully
* Process orders accurately and keep internal systems up to date
* Support day‑to‑day admin to keep operations running smoothly
* Record customer interactions clearly and accurately
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing or sales advisor role (retail, customer service or sales background ideal)
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
* Proactive with a natural ability to spot opportunities
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling different tasks in a busy environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
