In this role, you'll be instrumental in generating high-quality leads for our sales team through the management of the end-to-end data process, transforming raw data into validated and qualified sales leads. We are built on a strong business model, a winning culture, placing our customers are at the heart of everything we do - all whilst making the planet Safer and Kleener Priority Responsibilities: End to end ownership of the data process: from raw to addressable to validated and qualified as per the company blueprint. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to determine marketing campaign requirements and target audience specifications. Managing data imports and exports, managing data flows, and ensuring accuracy in all stages of the data process in line with Sales and Marketing processes. Download, merge, cleanse, validate and test large datasets from various internal and external sources. Engage with external research companies to acquire complete datasets, ensuring they meet required criteria and accuracy standards. Conduct online research to fill missing data points and update outdated information using publicly available sources like industry websites / LinkedIn etc. Extensive Collaboration with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and provide necessary information to facilitate effective follow-up. Act as a CRM superuser, train new staff on CRM marketing lead functionalities and ensure compliance with data handling protocols to ensure appointments are being generated. Use statistical techniques within the CRM / PowerBI to analyse data and extract meaningful insights. Produce analysis and insights on campaign success linking to the sales teams. Stay updated with the latest data collection methodologies, cleaning techniques, tools, and best practices. Actively contribute to improving data quality processes within the company.
