Newly Qualified Solicitor – Personal Injury

As a NQ Personal Injury Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters, including both pre- and post-litigation files, from initial instruction through to conclusion
* Provide clear, practical legal advice while maintaining excellent client care
* Draft legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings where required
* Work towards agreed targets within a supportive and collaborative team environment
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation and case law to achieve the best outcomes for clients
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to build their career in Personal Injury.
You will have:
* At least 6 months’ experience within Personal Injury (pre- or post-qualification)
* Strong client care skills and a meticulous approach to quality control
* Confidence in advising clients, drafting documents, and managing your own caseload with supervision
* A solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes
* Previous experience of drafting pleadings, schedules of loss, and instructing experts/counsel (advantageous but not essential)
