The Role
As a Business Development Executive, your focus will be generating qualified appointments for the Sales Manager by engaging key decision-makers across Architects, Contractors and End-Users within Manufacturing, Food and Industrial sectors.
You’ll play a vital role in driving new project opportunities and building a long-term pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
* Use the CRM and industry tools to identify contacts for new project leads
* Proactively call Architects, Contractors and End-Users
* Establish strong rapport and secure meetings for the Sales Manager
* Accurately maintain and update CRM records
* Build and nurture a sustainable pipeline of project opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Proven B2B sales experience, particularly outbound outreach
* Experience within a high-value project sales environment
* Confident and engaging telephone communicator
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with excellent time management
* Own transport recommended due to office location
Desirable:
* Experience selling to Architects and Contractors
* Specification sales background
