About the Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and help create meaningful moments and memories. This role offers variety and the chance to put dedication and compassion to meaningful use in a fulfilling environment.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living tasks and assistance with food and drink, following individual care plans.
* Provide one-to-one time with residents and offer companionship to enhance wellbeing.
* Contribute to a varied and rewarding day-to-day environment by completing duties as required within the care home setting.
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
