About the Role
This Territory Sales Manager position involves leveraging your expertise in cardiac monitoring, critical care, and medical technology to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators as agreed with senior management.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
* Promote new products to targeted customer groups and deliver high-quality training and service support.
* Actively prospect for new opportunities, record all activity in CRM, and maximise efficiency in customer-facing activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, contacts, and business opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
* A minimum of 18 months' solid medical device sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
* Account management and selling at consultant and senior decision-maker levels are essential.
* Familiarity with the medical device field, procurement channels, and NHS surgical environments would be advantageous.
