You will lead the design, implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes-ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance with industrial and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level technical guidance and act as the escalation point for complex manufacturing issues. - Oversee key manufacturing process documentation including Work Instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, routings, and layouts. - Lead industrialisation strategy for new and existing products to ensure long-term manufacturability. - Champion problem-solving maturity across the site, coaching teams in 8D, 5-Why and RCA methods. - Define manufacturing technology roadmaps, including automation, digitalisation, and advanced tooling. - Lead cross-functional teams on industrialisation, NPI and major change programmes. - Represent Manufacturing Engineering in audits, governance boards and customer/leadership reviews. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable performance improvements.
