Manage a combination of social and affordable housing units for seniors and retirement living. Facilitate links to services to ensure resident wellbeing and foster a supportive community. This role involves providing tenancy and asset management services, connecting residents to the services they need to sustain their tenancies, and achieving their life goals. You will work closely with our broader Housing, Retirement Living and Support Services teams to support tenants, and ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services. About You: Hold a relevant Diploma or Degree, with professional experience Demonstrated customer service skills and experience, preferably in housing, retirement village, or other community services field Demonstrated leadership experience to effectively develop and support staff Demonstrated ability to manage the business activities of Housing to successfully sustain residential tenancies Excellent skills in building effective customer relationships, building a cohesive community and maintaining a welcoming and harmonious ambience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with all stakeholders Demonstrated capability to manage diversity and implement social inclusion strategies Experience of working with individuals with complex needs Strong negotiating and problem solving skills Proven organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise own and team workload Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity to work in harmony with, and support the organisation’s Purpose and Values High level computer skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times A Valid NSW Driver's License NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment purposes A current First Aid Certificate About Us: We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
