We are looking for
Automatic machine operators to efficiently and effectively run the auto operator machines and the ultrasonic welding machines for inline packing.
Working hours are 06.15am - 6.30pm on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
Main duties and responsibilities
* Efficiently and safely run and manage the inline packing machines
* Raise mechanical issues in a timely manner with the line leader or engineering department to minimise downtime
* Keeping the machinery in as good a working condition as possible and operating at the optimum speed
* Keep the machines maintained to minimize breakdowns and possible down time
* Report any downtime which will have an adverse effect on meeting your production targets
* Leave the machines in good working order and clean for the next shift to start
