Key Responsibilities Deliver a UK/Europe/USA sales strategy that drives new business Win OEM, distributor, and major retail/end-user accounts Build and manage a structured sales pipeline Grow and support key accounts inherited from the MD Implement CRM discipline and accurate forecasting Monitor market trends and feed insights to product teams Introduce modern sales processes and support commercial decisions Skills and Experience 5 years BDM/sales success in engineering, technical or manufacturing Proven track record of winning and developing high-value accounts Experience selling to OEMs, distributors, or major retailers Knowledge of refrigeration/HVAC/cold chain (ideal) Commercial, technically confident, and strong with relationships The Person Self-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial and confident travelling across the UK with occasional trips to Europe and the USA.
