We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Client Account Manager
to manage and grow existing client relationships within the
electronic fire detection and life safety systems
sector. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and support long-term service agreements while maintaining a strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems and relevant compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts across commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects.
* Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and contract retention.
* Provide technical advice on fire alarm system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and compliance issues (BS 5839, BS 7671, etc.).
* Collaborate with engineering and projects teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prepare proposals/quotes.
* Conduct regular client reviews and produce activity reports using CRM software.
* Support mobilisation of new contracts and attend client meetings/site visits.
