The Role (What Youll Be Doing) Lead the Vibe: Youll lead from the front, owning the energy of the floor and keeping your team energized and focused through every peak service.
Drive the Numbers: You will manage the P&L like a promaximizing sales while keeping labor and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread.
Coach & Uplift: You will take full ownership of recruiting, training, and developing your team, ensuring everyone feels genuinely welcome and supported.
Operational Ingenuity: You will make smart commercial calls when it matters most, maintaining high standards of food safety and detail-obsessed service.
Continuous Improvement: You will listen and act on guest feedback to consistently improve our services and drive year-on-year sales growth.
What You Bring Proven Experience: A background in management from either branded or independent restaurants.
Commercial Sharpness: A solid handle on financials and the ability to use data to drive mid-shift decisions.
Leadership Presence: You stay cool under pressure, lead by example, and possess the self-assurance to keep the team on track.
