My client are a dynamic and diverse property developer, who are recruiting for a Property Manager to run the portfolio of residential properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for property to work in an entrepreneurial property business. As Property Manager, you will work in-house for the property division and play a key customer-facing role, assisting with the management of residential lettings and maintenance coordination, involving over 130 properties. This role is 100% office based in the offices, based just outside of Harlow. You will need to be able to drive and have your own transport to reach the location and to visit properties when necessary.
