Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid: 2–3 days on-site)
Salary: £25,685 per annum, Band C, Level 3
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

The Role
We’re looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service every time. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll help deliver top-class support to our customers. You’ll respond to enquiries, process returns, and assist with personalised orders.
As our Customer Service Advisor, the Key responsibilities are:
Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
Support wholesale, retail, and international customers.
Handle complaints and customer reviews professionally.
Assist with returns, order processing, and personalised orders.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless service
What we are looking for in our Customer Service Advisor:
Proven customer service experience, ideally in retail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving ability with a focus on accuracy and detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
