The Role Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen Deliver consistently high-quality dishes in line with our concept Manage and motivate a small, hands-on kitchen team Take ownership of menus, specials and seasonal changes Control GP, stock, ordering and waste Ensure all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed
About You Experienced Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fresh food operation Passionate about seasonal, quality ingredients and great presentation Strong leader who leads by example and supports their team Calm and organised under pressure with great communication skills Solid understanding of kitchen financials and GP control Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and HACCP
