SEN Support Assistant Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Do you have the experience, empathy, and dedication needed to make a lasting impact in a classroom? We are currently seeking experienced SEN Support Staff to work across a group of welcoming and inclusive schools in the Bolton area. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most—while enjoying the flexibility and support of supply work. About the Role: You’ll be supporting children with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and speech and language needs. Roles vary from 1:1 support to small group interventions, and can be tailored to your experience and preferences. You'll be working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to deliver targeted support and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
