Are you an early bird with a caring heart? We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join our Home Instead team, supporting older adults with their morning routines so they can live comfortably and independently at home.
What you’ll do:
1. Help clients get ready for the day (washing, dressing, breakfast, medication)
2. Offer companionship and reassurance
3. Support safe, happy mornings and meaningful connections

4. A kind and compassionate nature – no experience needed
5. Reliable and confident working independently
6. Access to your own transport (most visits are in rural areas)
7. Availability for some morning shifts any day of the week
💼 What We Offer
8. £12.70 per care hour (after Care Certificate)
9. Paid travel and waiting time (£12.21/hr) + 45p mileage
10. 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
11. Full ongoing paid training and Care Certificate qualification
12. Ongoing support, career development & specialist training
