We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager who will progress into the Registered Manager role – a unique opportunity to shape the future of care delivery within our community.
About Us
121 Care Agency delivers a wide range of high-quality domiciliary care services, helping individuals maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. We offer tailored support packages that include:
* 24-hour care and support, including sleeping or waking nights
* Flexible care visits from 30 minutes to 2 hours, up to 6 times per day
* Support for individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and sensory impairments

Your Role
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital leadership role, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This role is a stepping stone to becoming the Registered Manager of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong, effective day-to-day leadership to the care team
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
* Oversee the quality of care, ensuring it is person-centred and outcomes-focused
* Supervise and support staff development and training
* Manage and monitor service delivery, ensuring high standards are consistently met
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals
What We're Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the Health & Social Care sector
* Strong understanding of CQC standards, legislation, and safeguarding practices
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and enhancing their quality of life
