Main duties of the job
The Domestic Assistant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the residents' rooms and all communal areas, while prioritizing resident care at all times. They will be adaptable, approachable, and have a caring nature, actively promoting the continuous improvement of standards to provide a clean and healthy environment where residents are valued, respected, and retain their individuality and dignity. The Domestic Assistant will work closely with the domestic and laundry teams, continuously assessing the domestic needs of all residents and ensuring the delivery of the highest standards through the adherence to all policies and procedures.

You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents.
