* Support hospital colleagues in implementing eating‑disorder‑specific care plans, particularly for complex cases with co‑morbidities.
* Deliver comprehensive handovers to ward staff, sharing risk assessments, formulations, and meal support details.
* Participate in ward rounds, weekly multidisciplinary team discussions, and bed‑management meetings as required.
* Facilitate weekly liaison meetings with ward staff to discuss patient status and treatment progression.

Qualifications & Experience

* Current NMC registration.
* Experience working with children and young people in an eating‑disorder setting.
* Knowledge of evidence‑based treatments such as family‑based therapy.

Desirable

* Previous experience in a specialist eating‑disorder team.

Salary and Contract

£47,810 to £54,710 per annum (Band 7), plus HCAS pro‑rata. Permanent, full‑time position.

Benefits

* High‑cost area supplement of 15% of basic salary (minimum £4,551, maximum £5,735, pro‑rata for part‑time staff).
* Support for professional development and training.
* Access to the NHS’s Health Protection Programme (vaccination support).
* Probationary period (internal applicants exempt).
