Responsibilities
* Lead continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality across the business, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Implement lean &kaisen culture on site, leading initiatives and ensuring all teams adhere to lean manufacturing best practices.
* Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
* Collaborate with department heads to keep operations running smoothly and in compliance with guidelines, and to meet financial targets.
Qualifications
* Senior management experience within a manufacturing/production role.
* Fully accredited lean manufacturing practitioner with a professional qualification from an internationally recognised certification body.
* Strong commercial acumen, numeracy skills and experience achieving financial targets.
* Self‑driven, team‑player mindset with excellent organisational skills.
