About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join our busy IT Services team at Brooksby College.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all IT queries and support requests.
* Collaborate with the IT team to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
* Communicate information clearly and accurately across the team and wider organization.
* Support broader IT projects and casework as needed.
* Maintain detailed incident records and follow up on outstanding tickets.
Required Qualifications
* Experience providing generalist IT support in a Microsoft technology environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience troubleshooting day‑to‑day challenges, issues, and queries for end‑users.
