1. Basic Salary: Circa £36,000, plus Bonus

Duties of the Bodyshop Painter:
13. Prepare vehicles and apply paint coatings to high standards using modern spray booths and equipment
14. Mix and match colours accurately and efficiently
15. Follow technical specifications and repair standards
16. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
17. Maintain a clean and organised workspace
18. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve smooth workflow and quality results
Requirements of the Bodyshop Paint Sprayer:
19. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Painter within the accident repair or automotive collision industry
20. Strong attention to detail and painting skills
21. Ability to work efficiently and independently
22. Knowledge of colour matching and painting techniques
23. Familiarity with spray booths and painting equipment
24. Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
