Job overview
Riverside is home to our elective surgery hub - a 26-bedded multi-speciality fast turnover ward. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as a band 6 senior staff nurse. This is a fast-paced area and is home to several surgical specialties including General Surgery, Urology, Breast, Plastics, and Colorectal. As a band 6, as well as overall shift responsibility, you will manage a group of RNs and HCSWs under the watchful eye of the Ward matron. You will also be supported to explore development and improvement opportunities.
