Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fryer to The Frying Squad. As a Fryer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and taste of our fried food items. Responsibilities:0
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Monitor and adjust fryer temperatures to ensure optimal cooking results
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fryer station and surrounding areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with meal preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a Fish and Chip Shop is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including frying methods
- Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £16,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
