Pay Rate: £26 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join its client's Learning Disabilities team based in South Tyneside.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
Assess individuals with learning disabilities under the Care Act to determine their support needs
Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans in collaboration with individuals and families
Advocate for clients' rights and needs, ensuring compliance with legislation such as the Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act
Safeguard vulnerable individuals by identifying risks and taking appropriate action
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and housing officersBenefits:

To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
