Role Overview:
This role ensures standards of supply chain delivery are met by working to SLAs and providing expected levels of service. It primarily involves processing hardware orders and supporting second-line customer queries related to hardware. As a key position in our growing company, it supports the demand for hardware and dispatch of SIM orders as needed.
Key Relationships:
Interfacing with customers and internal teams on queries related to routers and supporting the SIM order section of the supply chain.
Your Daily Tasks:
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities across processes
* Manually configure routers
* Raise customer SIM and hardware orders using Sage X3 system
* Test processed orders to ensure accurate dispatch
* Manage returned stock
* Coordinate with internal teams on forecasted orders
* Administer router management platforms for configuration
* Manage and resolve outstanding cases within SLA timescales
* Support second-line hardware queries within the Service Desk Team
* Monitor Zendesk ticket queue for order requests
* Prioritize workload for urgent requests
* Determine product requirements from order summaries
* Manage additional order requirements such as SIM activations
* Assist the supply chain team with dispatch activities
* Update customers on shipment status and answer related questions

* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Highly organized with effective prioritization skills
* Adaptability to high-pressure, fast-paced environments
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Team player, personable, capable at all levels
* Physical requirements include moderate lifting and carrying
* Sage experience is advantageous
* Experience in M2M/IoT industry is advantageous
* Knowledge of 4G router hardware is advantageous
* Programming or scripting experience is advantageous
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain role
* Experience with complex customer procedures and customer success support
* Experience supporting customer requirements via omnichannel dispatch
* Experience in large contract services/telecommunications is advantageous
