We are seeking an Administrator to join our Operations Team a key role ensuring our services run smoothly and that the people we support receive an excellent experience.

About the role
In this varied role, youll provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Team and, when needed, to other staff across the business. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient delivery of our funding services.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing a professional telephone and email response service, signposting or escalating queries appropriately
2. Logging, scanning, and distributing incoming correspondence in line with GDPR and organisational policy
3. Preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes at team meetings
4. Assisting with the data input of Fund applications
5. Maintaining effective file management and ensuring organisational forms and stationery are stocked
