We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Duties
* Drive your own vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
* Load and unload items, ensuring that all products are handled with care.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes that may arise.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Skills
* Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is ideal not essential though as training provided.
* Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
