Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Barking & Dagenham (12 months), West London (12 months), Midlands - Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry areas (12 months). The client is also looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor for a 3-month contract in Wiltshire.
The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The per-survey rate is as follows:
Responsibilities
* Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
* Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
* Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
* Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies
Experience and qualifications
* Access to a car
* Domestic Energy Assessment (Wiltshire only)
* 30+ surveys per week
