Key responsibilities /duties
we are looking dedicated and early years qualified senior nursery manager with minimum experience of 5 years and have excellent communication skills
key responsibilities of nursery manager will be
* Recruit. hire ,and induct staff ,conduct appraisal, identify training needs mentor ,supervise and support staff and room leaders
* lead by example in terms of professionalism and practice
-foster a positive working culture teamwork, communication
-Regulatory compliance &safeguarding.
* Ensure that care, learning and play are stimulating ,age appropriate and meet developmental needs.
* mentor children's progress ;update parents /carers. Support SEND (special Education Needs &disability inclusion )
* overseeing the curriculum
* implementation and continuous improvement ,preparing for inspections (OFSTED)
-Parent /community /stakeholder liaison
-Build relationships with parents/carer keep them informed about their progress and behaviour
* marketing, enrolment ,retention of children ,ensuring occupancy
* have depth knowledge of EYFS early years framework and ratio

Pay: £24,420.00-£39,582.11 per year
