We’re hiring an experienced Lead Clinician to join our dynamic Clinical & Wellbeing team. This is a senior role responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-aware clinical services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate clinical services based on EHCPs and individual needs
* Deliver staff training and therapeutic consultation
* Support local leadership and ensure high-quality, compliant care
* Line manage assigned clinical staff
* Promote proactive interventions and reduce crisis escalation
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, or Allied Health Professional
* Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with complex needs
* Skilled in evidence-based interventions and team leadership
* Strong communication, mentoring, and safeguarding knowledge
* Additional leadership or clinical supervision training
