Overview

Join The Early Learning Partnership as a Senior Manager. You will be prominently based at Rothbury Kindergarten; however, you will need to support the rest of the team within nurseries of the South Tyneside and Seaham area.

Responsibilities

* Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery Management team to deliver outstanding care, teaching and learning.
* Elevate our nursery’s standards and practices through effective leadership.
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure all children receive equal opportunities and care.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
* Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and hygiene.

Your Ideal Background

* Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
* Maths GCSE required
* At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
* In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
* Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
