You’ll lead non-clinical teams, oversee service delivery, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role also includes participation in an on-call rota, providing out-of-hours operational support to ensure continuity of care and rapid response to urgent service needs. It’s a dynamic position that requires flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
