Are you a dedicated Study Skills Mentor passionate about helping students achieve their academic potential?\n\nRandstad Student Support is looking for experienced one-on-one Study Skills Support Workers to assist students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) in Edinburgh. Join us in making a difference in their educational journeys!\n\nStarting as soon as possible, this hybrid role requires flexibility for both in-person and online sessions, tailored to student preferences.\n\nEssential Criteria\n\nNeed to have teaching or tutoring experience,\n(or) \nAny in-depth knowledge of learning difficulties that students may haveAs a Specialist Study Skills Support Worker, you'll provide personalized learning support, including:\n\nDeveloping individual learning plans to foster independence\nBuilding on strengths and effective learning strategies\nEnhancing organization and time management skills\nCreating action plans to stay on track\nImproving research and comprehension skills\nAs a teacher, have you assisted students with Autism? This experience would be a significant advantage.It's essential to address student needs on a case-by-case basis while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
