Customer Service Assistant – Manchester
Hourly Rate: £13
Working Hours: 12 hours per week, between 7am–9pm, Monday to Sunday
Vita Student's offers next-level apartment designs with a variety of studios to suit students' lifestyles, providing privacy or shared living. We focus on style, luxury, and comfort, complemented by premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience and support on & off-site events.
Role Overview
Provide exceptional, personalized service to students by anticipating needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive experience:
* Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front desk.
* Assist with questions and concerns as they arise.
* Ensure respectful use and upkeep of facilities by residents and guests.
* Maintain cleanliness and high standards in communal areas.
* Address and resolve issues proactively.
* Conduct regular building surveys and report findings.
* Replenish refreshments and manage vending supplies.
* Manage parcel deliveries for students.
* Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
* Maintain waste management and safety standards.
Event Management
Organize and promote weekly on-site and off-site events such as cocktail/mocktail making, yoga, fitness classes, beauty lessons, games nights, bowling, golf, and exclusive shopping experiences with premium partners. Responsibilities include:
* Promote events and manage guest lists.
* Deliver engaging and lively event experiences.
* Clean and reset after events.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
* Proven customer service experience, delivering premium experiences.
* Event management experience is advantageous but not essential, as training is provided.
* Hands-on approach to cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
* Technologically proficient with relevant systems and software.
Personal Attributes

* Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and calmness under pressure.
