Key Responsibilities: Prepare year-end financial statements for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships. Participate in various special projects, such as client transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising. Support senior accountants with daily workflow management. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service. Essential Skills and Experience: Capable of preparing accounts, financial statements, and VAT returns both independently and within a team. Work efficiently and accurately under time constraints. Communicate complex financial details clearly and effectively to clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word. Benefits: Twice yearly performance-related bonus.
