The Role
As a Manager-level Technical Architect, you will lead teams of ServiceNow developers and architects on large-scale programmes, providing technical leadership, architecture oversight, and trusted client advisory. You will influence solution strategy, ensure adherence to best practices, and enable high-quality delivery across multiple modules and client environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical design authority on critical ServiceNow programmes for Fortune 500 clients.
2. Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, ensuring quality standards, code reviews, and architectural integrity.
