The Supply Chain Specialist plays a key role in powering our UK medical cannabis import operations—ensuring patients receive the medication they need, exactly when they need it. You’ll help shape and streamline a highly regulated, fast-moving supply chain from end to end. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Stock Forecasting Monitor inventory levels and expiry dates to maintain a healthy, compliant stock position Support demand forecasting by analysing historical sales, patient trends, and market dynamics Raise Purchase Orders and work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and import partners to guarantee timely deliveries and prevent stockouts Track product costs and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and on-time supplier payments Logistics & Distribution Manage the movement of raw materials to manufacturing sites and coordinate onward shipments to the UK Liaise daily with import partners to secure just-in-time delivery of medicines to the pharmacy Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth, efficient distribution Compliance & Documentation Ensure every step of the supply chain meets GMP, licensing, and traceability requirements Review and file Certificates of Analysis and generate Letters of Clinical Need for import Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for regulatory inspections Collaborate with Marketing to produce compliant product labels and materials Reporting & Continuous Improvement Analyse sales and inventory data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities Support the rollout of process improvements that strengthen efficiency and reliability Requirements & Preferred Attributes 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (regulated industries like Medical Cannabis or Pharma a strong plus) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage your own workload What You’ll Get: Generous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year two) 8 bank holidays Pension Matching: Up to 5% employer matching contributions.
