Location: Hartlebury, Kidderminster (Worcestershire)
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 + Performance Bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am - 17:00pm (some flexibility and occasional weekend work may be required)
TLP Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and fast-growing e-commerce brand operating within the premium goods space. As their business continues to expand, we’re now looking to recruit a hands-on and highly motivated Assembly Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out hands-on product assembly to a high standard — this involves physical work with frame-based components.
• Ensure all builds meet quality expectations
• Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to keep things moving smoothly.
• Take responsibility for your area - Organisation, and ownership are key.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on environment, that has the willingness to succeed and drive to progress in the company.
• A strong work ethic and genuine drive to grow and succeed.
• A flexible and adaptable mindset — occasional late finishes or weekend work may be required.
