Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
* Action Service Requests.
* Allocate and dispatch tickets to support and engineering teams.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management and liaise with relevant teams and providers.
* Communicate with customers regarding network incidents.
* Coordinate with utility companies during power-related issues.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Good communication skills across all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
