The Role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and achieving excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards.
* Has experience in shift planning, ensuring adequate coverage, and coaching on the go.
* Has experience managing labour and rotas, and understands restaurant financials.
