Job Description:
CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. The role can be home-based or hybrid. Experience in CRM and social media management within travel, preferably for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the company's email marketing and social media activities
* Report to the Head of Marketing
* Develop and implement organic social media content strategies
* KPI reporting
Required Skills:
* Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally luxury travel
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
